You find yourself in a sleepy little town, the perfect place to raise a family. The town seems nice and quiet, the neighbors all seem friendly and fine. Yet for some odd reason, there is a strange feeling that keeps creeping in on you. Halloween had fast approached, and it is a dark and cold night, with the trees bare and the streets filled with the color of dead leaves. You sit down to watch your favorite horror movies and await the door bell to ring with the promise of children dressed as ghouls and goblins asking for candy. Yet when the door bell does indeed ring, you answer it, a chill running up your spine, and find yourself face to face with a shocking sight.... the final Halloween themed Not @ All cartoon.

Happy Halloween all! May your day be filled with lots of fun frights and sweet delights! I am a bit sad as I write this, as I have had a blast doing a month filled with fun filled Halloween themed cartoons to entertain you. It was a challenge to come up with new cartoons, and I even came close to the dead line on more then one occasion. But in the end it was a blast, and hope I can do it again next year. Now today's cartoon has a bit of a more sexual theme to it, I have no idea why I did that, it just sort of happened, but if it offends you then let me just say this, the original drawing was a lot worse :-) The other thing about this about today's cartoon is that the main star is my second favorite character from the horror genre, Michael Myers. The Halloween franchise is one that had brought me alot of great pleasure through out the years. I discovered them late, watching my first full movie during AMC's marathon. I was lucky enough to watch them all in order, with the minor exception of number 6, which I finally found and watched a few weeks ago. The first one is obviously the best in the whole series, a movie that also became one of my favorite John Carpenter films.

And now for a little treat. This is a little drawing I was messing around with for awhile. I had drawn it with the intention of posting it on DeviantArt, but instead decided it would make a nice fit for our horrorfest.

Well folks, that is it for our Halloween month. Thanks for sticking with it here and checking out all the cool little cartoons I have been putting up. Hope you all had even more then I did, and hope you will come back again on Friday for the end of the week cartoon, as well as a very special announcement. Until then, take care and keep spreading the good word.

As you sit on your butt watching your favorite scary movie you begin to feel something odd. The strange sensation that something is crawling on your arm. You look down and see that there is a brand new Not @ All cartoon slowly moving it's way up your arm. You fight the urge to panic and slap at your arm as you dance around like a sissy. Instead you just sit back and enjoy the cartoon.

Well my friends and fans, we find ourselves here once again on Monday for another new Halloween themed Not @ All cartoon. This one holds a special place in my heart, as it sort of rings true to my feeling towards those creepy crawlies. I hate spiders. I am deathly afraid of spiders. If a spider crawls on my wall in my room, and I don't kill it, or at the very least catch and release it, then I can not sleep in the room until the spider has been caught or killed. I'm not sure where this fear came from, I don't remember being that scared of them when I was child, but now I dare not even go near a place where a spider might be found. It is something that actually bothers me, being controlled by the fear of those little buggers. So I often try to confront my fear, face it head on, or even just make fun of it. I chose to do the latter here, showing some of how I feel, never feeling like I have enough bug spray to kill them tiny bastards.

Well thats going to do it for today my friends and fans. Thanks again for stopping by and checking in with us. Hope you found as much enjoyment reading this cartoon as I had making it. Don't forget to check in on Wednesday for the final Halloween themed Not @ All cartoon, as well as another special little treat for you peeps. Until then, take care and keep spreading the good word of the cartoon.

In the midst of a really good dream, you awake and find yourself in a state of panic. Your heart is racing like a horse at the track. Your body shakes, your in a cold sweat, and then you realize that it is Friday, and you did not infact, miss the newest cartoon from Not @ All.

Happy Friday to you all, and thanks for stopping buy and checking in. Today's cartoon is a silly little idea that popped in my head when I was trying to work out ideas for Halloween themed toons. Something just said, what if the candy finally had enough and said it was their turn to start coming after us. A good horror movie, this would not make, but a good little joke, yeah it kind of works here. Obviously there was some inspiration from the massive amount of zombie movies out there, as the thought of candy eating human beings is alot like zombie eating human flesh.

Well we are going to cut this one a little short today, as I have much more cartoons to work on and many more ideas to explore. So have a wonderful weekend all, and don't forget to stop back our way on Monday and see the newest cartoon. Take care folks and keeping spreading the good word.

Beneath you the earth rumbles and shakes. You know that something is coming, something large. Your heart leaps in your chest, all the way to your throat. It should be panic that grips your nerves, and yet it is something else. The calming sensation that a brand new Not @ All cartoon is here.

Yet again I have done a Godzilla cartoon. This time I put in there the American Godzilla, who is dubbed Gino buy fans ( Godzilla in name only) and Zilla buy the lovely people at Toho. The nineteen ninety nine Sony pictures Godzilla by Devlin and Emmerich was, to most fans of the franchise, the worst piece of crap ever made. Even to most movie fans, it shines as a beacon of shimmering crap. I however, think this movie is very under rated. All things considered, this was a very decent giant monster movie, if you remove the name Godzilla from it. With the name Godzilla, you expect the movie to star a giant dinosaur that spits radioactive fire and is near impossible to be beaten. What you got was a giant lizard that laid eggs, ate tuna, and was taken out by the French and Matthew Broderick. But if you called the movie, Giant Reptile Eats New York, well then you have yourself one fine film for those who happen to like giant monster movies. That is to say, this was a not bad contribution to the genre for America, who does not nearly do enough giant monster movies. No way am I saying that this is a movie that should be considered for the Oscars, or is in a top ten list of the best giant monster movies of all time. But if it was on cable one night, I say it is worth a look, or at least worth another look.

Well folks that is going to do it for today. Thanks for stopping by and checking in, I hope this cartoon and my crazy ideas about a giant reptile have entertained you, and I hope you come back again on Friday for the end of the week cartoon. Until then, take care and pass on the good word of what we got going on here. Spread the love folks.... thats it, spread that love.

Rising from the weekend like zombies from the grave, comes the dreaded Monday. It claws its way up to meet you with a new Halloween themed Not @ All cartoon.

I know I already did vampires, but this joke seemed kind of funny to me, and it also seems to capture the way kids are now. So I went ahead and did it anyways. I cant really think of much to write about vampires right now, I already went over how much I am not a fan of the sparkly twilight vamps, and how I have had trouble reading the Dracula novel. The only thing I can add to all of my thoughts on vampires is this. Of all the vampire movies that I have seen, the one that always seems to call me back to it again and again, not including the classics, is Let Me In. Now I have not seen the original movie, Let The Right One In, mainly because I liked the remake so much that I thought it was better not to see the original. See the only reason I saw the movie in the first place is because I am really into the actress who plays the little girl, Chloe Moretz, and not in a sick and perverted kind of way. I just really like her acting and the roles she chooses. So I watched the movie, and loved it, loved the characters and everything about it. When I found out it was based on a book and there was another movie out there, I was all kinds of excited. But when I read the description of what the movie and book were, well it was not what I like about the movie I saw. There was one major thing that did not work for me, but I will not say it here in case anyone has interest in seeing or reading it. But still, Let Me In has so far become my favorite vampire movie. Now what does this have to do with Dracula and some bad ass kids willing to beat him up for candy? Well... nothing I guess.

So that's going to do it for today my fine friendly fans, as always, it was a blast trying to entertain you with my cartoons, and thank you so much for stopping by to see them. Remember to check back on Wednesday for your middle of the week joke, as we are starting to get closer to the day of the month, Halloween.

Your walking down an eerie street, there is no one around, no signs of life. Just the empty street and wind that blows the creepy cool wind and random objects around the street. Suddenly there is some movement in the distance, a slow shuffling, a low moan and grumble. As is draws closer you see it to me the remains of a this weeks Wednesday Not @ All cartoon.

Today's topic is the zombie, the darling of the horror genre right now. I was not too familiar with zombies for a long time, just not that into them. It was the Robert Kirkman comic book, The Walking Dead, that first really got me into the whole zombie thing. Later on I went back and watched the Romero zombie films, which really impressed me and showed me how cool these creatures were. The more and more zombie films I took in the more I became fans of them, but I also noticed that I did not like the fast zombies, with the exception of the zombie like creatures of the 28 Days films. The comic book that started my fascination with zombies has now become a TV on AMC, and to me, is currently the best zombies being done. The Walking Dead shows us the world during the zombie apocalypse, and what it would be like to live there and try to survive there.

Well folks, that is going to do it for the week. Enjoy your weekend, and remember to be back here on Monday for a brand new cartoon. Until then take care, and I will see you all again real soon.

Once again it is Wednesday, and you find yourself in a dark and creepy graveyard. The moon is high and full, the wind brings in a light creepy breeze, which makes the trees the dance like monsters in the night. Behind a large tombstone something moves, something that makes your blood run cold and sends a shiver up your spine. You move in closer and find it to be another Halloween themed Not @ All cartoon.

Today's cartoon is a lesson to those who like to pick their noses. Be careful, and remember to remove any sharp objects before doing said nose picking. Something the Freddy Krueger up there seemed to forget to to.

The first Freddy Krueger movie I saw was the last one before they started to do their revamps. I believe it was Freddy's dead. It was when I was a kid, and part of one of my early attempts to do a horror fest. It was not one of my favorites, but at the time horror was horror. Later on I saw the first attempted revamp, Wes Craven's New Nightmare. That film was actually pretty damn good. I just recently watched the new remake, which was not half bad. I liked how they went down a more creepy road with Freddy, making him much scarier then in the original movies. Freddy has never been one of my favorite characters in the slasher genre, but he did have a few good moments in his long career as movie monster.

Well thats going to do it for today folks, remember to check back on Friday for the last joke of the week. Until then all, take care and be scared. I'll see ya when I see ya.

It creeps up upon you like a ghost fart thats lingers in the air. Yes my friends and fans, once again Monday has come to take away the joy of the weekend. But fear not, for this Monday, like the past several, comes with good news. Yes, I give to you another new Not @ All cartoon to enjoy.

Today's cartoon includes the four major icons from the Universal horror movies. Frankenstein, Dracula, the Wolfman, and the Creature from the Black Lagoon. Although you do not see Creature here, this joke heavily revolves around him. I just thought it would be funny to see what it would be like with the monsters being racist, and of course there was only one choice for the one receiving said racism, it had to be the Creature, as he does hail from the Black Lagoon.

The Universal films were indeed some of my favorites, the one getting me started was Creature from the Black Lagoon, and later getting into Wolfman and Dracula. Now my favorites are Frankenstein and Bride, followed by Dracula's Daughter and its either House of Frankenstein or House of Dracula. The ones where the monsters all meet are always cool with me, because it is cool to seem them interact with each other. That was why one of my favorite movies was, and still is, Monster Squad, the only movie that actually incorporated all the main monsters in the house of Universal. The funny thing is, that was the movie that made me realize how much of a puss the Creature was. I mean think about it, in his movies as simple gun always brought the monster down, and then in Monster Squad, it was a shot gun. They blew up the damn Wolfman and he pieced himself back together, but the Creature gets taken down by a fat kid with a shot gun!?!

Any who, that will do it for today's cartoon. Check back on Wednesday for the middle of the week toon, and some more random and stupid facts about monsters and Halloween stuff. Take care folks and I'll see ya when I see ya.

What is that in the shadows!?! Could it possibly be yet another Not @ All cartoon? As it moves closer into the light we see that, yes, yes indeed it is a new Halloween themed cartoon. It is the last cartoon of the week, and another day closer to Halloween.

So today's joke incorporates one of the three major icons in the slasher genre of horror. Although Jason is not my favorite, he does command a certain amount of respect. The look alone is enough to make you wet yourself. The great thing about Jason is the fact that he did not star in all of the Friday the 13th movies, not making his true appearance until number two, something that he shares with Michael Myers. The first movie started an elderly killer in the forum of Jason's mother, and thankfully that was the last we ever saw of her. I don't think the series would have lasted long if the mother ended up going behind the hockey mask. The Friday the 13th series is one of the biggest in the slasher genre, even spawning a short lived TV series, which had nothing to do with Jason, the hockey mask, or his trade mark machete. Jason vs Freddy was the first time ever two classic movie icons from horror ever crossed paths, but hopefully not the last as I would one day love to see Jason vs Michael Myers.

Well that is going to do it for today and this week. I hope to see you all again back here on Monday for another great cartoon, and some more Halloween fun as we continue are month long celebration of the best holiday ever. Take care folks, and I will see you when I see you.

Wednesday, October 10, 2012

And once again we find ourselves on a Wednesday with a brand new Halloween themed Not @ All cartoon. As we draw closer and closer to one of the best holiday's of the year, I continue to try and play catch up as I churn out more cartoons. I have to admit that even though it is alot of work, it really is fun playing catch up.

Well today's cartoon stars two of the most famous real monsters out there, even though I guess they would be more considered cryptids then monsters. Ever since I was a small child, I loved the idea of the Loch Ness monster. The idea that some where in this vast body of water swam a creature that could very well be from the prehistoric age. Nessie developed a love of sea monsters and cryptozoology in particular. It's a big world out there, and who knows what could be out there. To me, sea monsters are the coolest ones. There is something cool and scary about the creatures of the sea, such a large place to hide and live, and the fact that it is just under the surface wait to get to us.

Bigfoot was one that I did not get into until later. It was a member of my family that was big into, watching all the shows that talked about the big hairy galoot. This is what started me getting into him. I'm not a big enough fan to watch that series with the hippies chasing bigfoot, I still have some dignity after all. But I do watch Syfy channels Destination Truth, and love the ones where the chase down sea monsters and bigfoot like primates from around the world.

Well that is going to do it for today boys and girls and fans of all ages. I will be back again on Friday for our last cartoon of the week. So until then be good and remember to pass along the good word of what we are doing here. Take care and see ya all later.

From the depths of the darkest places on the face of this earth comes the one thing that all man fears.... the dreaded Monday! It is the beginning of a brand new work week for most of you, and I know that puts a fear that grips your heart like the icy grip of the reaper himself. But have no fear gentle followers, for I have here something that will make this Monday a little less bleak. Behold! A brand new Halloween themed Not @ All cartoon!

Today's cartoon stars two of my favorite non Japanese monsters, the wolfman and Frankenstein's monster. The origins of my love for both of these monsters all starts with the Universal pictures, but oddly enough it was not the original ones. Even though I did see the old monster movies, it was with a little movie called Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein. I used to rent this movie from a little neighborhood video store as often as I could. This later turned to a love of the original movies as well as other great films, and even some crappy ones, that started the creature and werewolves. A few years ago I finally sat down to read the novel Frankenstein. Mary Shelley's vision was a dark and wonderful masterpiece that soon became my favorite story of all time, even though I still loved the Universal film with Boris Karloff, it was Shelly's tragic monster and his creator that stole my heart. Even as I write this and prepare for this weeks cartoons, I am starting to reread the book again for the month of October as part of my month long horrorfest. Now with the wolfman, I have tried to find many good books about werewolves, but have found very few with the exception of a collection of wonderful short stories and of course the one that Stephan King wrote ( Cycle of the Werewolf ). Good werewolf movies are also very hard to find, I can only think of a few, American Werewolf in London and the new Wolfman topping the charts ( the Universals need no mention as they are automatic classics ). A world without Frankenstein or werewolves, is truly a world in which I would not want to live in.

Well that's gonna do it for today folks. Hope this made you Monday a little easier to deal with. Don't forget to check back on Wednesday for the middle of the week cartoon, and to see if I am able to keep the Halloween theme going. Until then, take it easy, and I'll see you all real soon.

Friday, October 5, 2012

Well hello there strangers! It's Friday and here we find ourselves yet again with a brand new, and another Halloween themed, Not @ All cartoon for you all to enjoy. This one was kind of last minute as I went back and redrew an old one I did. I changed the joke a bit as it was not really that funny before, but this was a major pain the butt to do as it was hard to come up with this joke. The secret to cartoons seems to be come up with the joke first then draw it out, and not the other way around. Which I knew of course but just did not follow on this drawing.

How many of you out there believe in ghosts? I know I like to keep an open mind on things, whether it be ghosts, aliens, or even cryptids. I have seen a few strange things around my house from time to time that I have not always been able to explain. I even one time tried to provoke the ghost I thought was living in the house with me, after doing much research. But later I just felt like an idiot for trying any of it. Still that has not changed the fact that you never know, and it would be kind of cool if ghosts really did exist. I have always had this wild fantasy, get your minds outta the gutter, about moving into a haunted house, just because it would be cool to me.

Well that's going to do it for today boys and ghouls .... yeah I agree that was kinda dumb. But the fact remains the same, its time to call it day. Have wonderful weekend everyone, and don't forget to check back on Monday for more fine cartoons. Take care, and see ya later.

Wednesday, October 3, 2012

A good Wednesday to you all. Here we are yet again, with another Not @ All cartoon for you to hopefully enjoy. So far I have been able to keep the theme of Halloween up, with this, kinda oldie but still goody. I wasn't sure if I was ever going to post this one, mainly because I like the newer stuff I have been doing more, where I sketch it out on paper then do the inks and colors on the computer. But I still needed to buy more time as it is very difficult to come up with funny jokes that revolve around a theme, at least to me it is since I am still new to world of comic strips. Jokes for a continuing story I seem to get, but the whole single panel joke is still a difficult one.

Well today we have a vampire and a werewolf, and I will punch the first person who even thinks of Twilight. I was never much of a vampire fan growing up, but have grown in appreciation of them as of late. My big things have always been werewolves, and of course Frankenstein's monster. But the whole vampire thing started to get to me more and more, first really grabbing my attention as I became a fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Angel. Got into those shows during reruns, and they kind of warmed me up to vampires. Then one October, during my month long horrorfest, I started watching a bunch of movies about Dracula, even made a few attempts to read the book. Dracula grew on me, more and more, and vampires started seem much cooler to me if done the right way. Of course Twilight came along and cut the nuts from the creatures, but they still remained cool. Any monster that can survive an influx of teenage girls and absence of the danger and horror that made them what they were, are strong monsters.

Well that will do it for today, and I hope to see you here again on Friday, for the final joke of the week. Keep your fingers crossed that I can keep up the Halloween theme, because this is kind of fun. Take care folks and I'll see ya all real soon.

Monday, October 1, 2012

Happy Monday everyone, and welcome to the first day of October. Like I said yesterday I am going to try and make this month a themed month of all ghosts, goblins, monsters, and other scary things done in a funny way. October is my favorite month of the year, really kicking off the whole Fall thing as the weather starts to get cooler, the leaves really start to change, and SyFy channel does their thirty one days of Halloween, which is my all time favorite holiday.

So I said I was going to cut back on the dedications so as not to burn through them too fast. Well I was going to need something else to do to replace them so that this written part is not too short, and for this month I am going to talk about the subject of cartoon.

Today's subject is the king of monster .... Godzilla! I wish I could tell you that I remember what my first Godzilla movie was, but the truth is I have no clue which one it was that introduced me to the big G. I do remember the first one I saw on the big screen, which was Godzilla 1985, or Godzilla Returns to us G heads. Watching this giant radioactive fire breathing reptile smashing a city as child really made a impression on me and started the love of men in rubber suits play fighting and stepping on model cities. The great thing about the Godzilla series of films, is that they are not just fun cheesy movies about guys in rubber suits, there are a few that are just very good movies. The original Japanese film Gojira, is a classic movie that never seems to get the respect it deserves. Gojira is a movie that deals with a tragic love triangle and the weight of one man having to choosing between sharing his weapon of mass destruction with the world, or hiding it from the world in fear of what it could become. All of this is there while a giant monster destroys the city killing millions. Godzilla has given me alot of joy through the years.

Well that will do it for today people, I will see you again on Wednesday for another fine edition of Not @ All, and hopefully another monster themed cartoon. So take care and I'll see ya soon.
